My tendons didn't hurt !!! HA, so there ya go, my calfs are too short for my damn body - nothing unusual there as I'm short full stop , but i seen a wall, and i ran through it, literally! God i felt like i was gonna die mind ya when i was done, it really took it all outta me, i used everything i had, i even cried, I'm not sure why - sheer joy, i had done it!! Totally stoked, couldn't be happier!! till next times....

Well done, that's awesome!! Was it the c25k program? Did you use the podcasts? Well done!! We're on a tight budget too, so I run outside and I love it, although I haven't gone for a few days now - you've inspired me :D
I started c25k running, I'm a few weeks in now and starting to be able to run 3 minutes at a time - I find the first run every week really tough, but by the 3rd or 4th time it gets a bit more doable. Good luck!!
