Hey Hey - Its Sunday! Morning, 8am! Why am I even out of bed? Since i have been losing weight, i never stay in bed past 7.30 - I want to, but my body is awake and doesn't let me!!
In day to day news...
Saturday i was up at 4.30am - Yes, that's right, 4 fucking thirty AM!! Some drunks decided to make a real racket walking past my house, scared the crap outta me as it sounded like they were in my yard - so i got up to check and couldn't get back to sleep - Sooooo had a shower and got organised - it was wet, cold, miserable and not exactly the kind of day i fancied sitting in my garage - but we did it and a few people did come and i sold a couple hundred bucks worth of shite! I still have some big stuff so will be holding it again this Saturday morning when Jimmy is here and anything left he can take to the Salvos - sorted, the rest of my Saturday was spent snuggled up inside watching movies with the kids - The Bee Movie, which we seen at the cinema, Life Size, and old movie about a barbie that comes to life! And then i watched " Two Weeks" its a movie about 4 kids who come to stay with their terminally ill mother in the last days - it was good, but not great - did bring me to tears but that doesn't take much! haha.
Jo i asked for " gone baby gone" but our movie shop doesn't have it - will have to check the one up Jimmy's when i get there =)
In Weight Related News
I am now 91 kg, well my scales this morning said 90.8 - haha, but anyways - I'm now officially lighter than Jimmy YAY - he doesn't know how much i weigh, and i will tell him when im 75kg.
I'm also lighter than Terri - I know i shouldn't look at things like that but always being the bigger one, its nice to not be the biggest anymore! None of my clothes fit me, and i wont wear them because they make me look bigger so I'm getting around in a lot of the same clothes, the few i have that fit me - I have tomorrow off so will be doing the rounds of the OP SHOPS! I did workout 2 of week 5 c25k yesterday and i gotta tell you - it almost killed me, it was running 1.2km then walking 5 Min's than running 1.2klms AGAIN! I did it, because I'm too damn stubborn to give up - but it really took it outta me , was hard... and workout 3 is even harder!! I am supposed to walk 5 Min's - warm up and then run for 3.6klms - NO WALKING AT ALL! 20 Min's of straight running - I honestly don't think i can do that - BUT i will give it my very best shot and even if i can get 15 Min's running or 13, i will be happy, i will be doing that tomorrow - wish me luck.
I usually measure at the start of every month so that's TODAY - Its really amazing when you measure, i mean i see the scales drop, my clothes don't fit, i have everything else to say I'm losing weight but the tape measure shows you where - since i started back on this track at the start of Feb, i have lost 18kg.... I wont bore you with all the measurements, but the main ones, or where I'm shedding the weight is my thighs! I have lost 10 INCHES off my thighs, 7 from my waist, 6 from my hips... AMAZING STUFF, its common sense that my thighs would be the most, my exercise is mostly walking/running/steps! In total its 31.5 INCHES from all over my body. I'm heaps happy with that.
