You have no idea how good it feels to finally have a camera back in my hands - a little history on that - From the time i was old enough to operate a camera, there has never been one far from my hands - As a teen my pocket money was spent developing films ( Yeah back in the day ) , camera's and photography was my dream! Anywho, i never followed it - but still always had that little friend in my hands, i have boxes and boxes of photos, its unreal! When Bella was about 3 I purchased my first really expensive, flash , digital camera and i LOVED it, it was just a natural part of me, if i was there, so was my camera - When the ex and I split up i had to borrow his car one day and accidentally left my beloved camera in the car - I have never seen it again , he kept it and i believe his new wife now has it - i begged and pleaded for about a year, being on my own and raising 2 kids - 400 bucks was not an option to get another camera, even when i started working it was still way outta my grasp - I refused to buy a different one, cheaper one - so for the past 2-3 years i have not had a camera and used my phone to take pics - Anyways, i talked to Jimmy months ago about how i was going to lay by a new one ( like my old one but better- same brand etc) and pay it off as my reward for my weight loss - But never have, last week they came on sale for 300 bucks - it was now or never, got my cash deposit and headed into town to lay by this little baby - " Ah we don't have any - and its not on rain check" - I almost cried, i was shattered - Anyways, to cut a long story short, on the weekend Jimmy bought me my new camera, exact brand as my old one - but better!!! Words cant even begin to describe my happiness and yes yes i know, I'm totally spoilt - Isn't he just the greatest???? So my little baby has been attached to me this last few days and I've managed to take some 250 pics - shocking, but true, so anyways - I'm going to include a pic of the day into my daily ramblings - Exciting!
Ok so thats 3 pics - Nevermind -
1. Gorgeous little flower outside
2. My Puppy Trixie ( well 9 yr old Puppy )
3. Our cat - Meeka.
I went to work today, was pretty busy on the go for the most part of it - worked out this afternoon, I needed a good workout after my half assed attempt at it yesterday i was starting to feel a little like i was slipping - I have not done hardly as much exercise this last week or so as i had in the past, I'm making excuses and its not good enough! So back on track and workin my bum off.... Stats today
* 55 Min's
* 718 Cal
* MHR- 182
* AHR - 145
When i started running on the treadmill i had big and very good intentions on doing the C25K thingy, however i haven't, i keep doing week one!!! So today i did something different and ran for 90 seconds, walked for 90 seconds for 30 mins ( 5 min warm up walking, last 5 of that walking) - I then did some other stuff, weights, steps etc - I was pretty knackered by the 55 mins let me tell you!!! I'm not sure if I'm going to try the c25k again - I will re read it all and see how i feel about it .
This blog is still playing up - So it will probably change again shortly ( when i get time to play with it) - I love Jo's new layout and design, very pretty and had to laugh literally out loud when i read her blog list and seen i am now " Miss Elisha ( Chook ) " Love Love Love IT! How sweet. Kathryn is back again, back on track and giving me something to read again - Thank you! I know some of the people i had in my list are not there - Your not forgotten, its just playing up, i will re add them all when i work it all out. Anyway this has turned into an essay.
Until Next Time...

I love cameras too! I've had mine since my 21st, when all my school friends went in together and I still use it all the time! There's nothing like looking over photos - and Jimmy is such a keeper! I must say, the more I hear about your ex, the gladder I am that he is "EX" and Jimmy is now!
I've just restarted the c25k program - if you can, try and finish it, you're obviously getting heaps fitter by your stats - have a go at week 2 and see how you find it. I'm sure you'll amaze yourself. And once you conquer week 2, then 3, soon you'll be running 5km - I'm moving to week 2 in a few days, I'll do with with you if you like?
Good to hear from you again - you're doing so well.
xx
