Just a quick post - my keyboard is being non friendly, and i have to really press the letters, annoyin!!! Its my LAST DAY at work today - exciting yet sad too - I will really miss those folks.

Its only 2 sleeps till my baby is here with me - Sooooo excited about that! I'm about to start a new chapter in my life, a new adventure- its all very nerve racking too, i have been doing this for so long on my own, going to be some big changes for all of us! I did a workout yesterday, but i decided i was being too hard on myself about the c25k - i need to put things into perspective sometimes, i mean, 2 months ago, i couldn't run for a minute, and i did manage 10! I can run for just over 1km at a time, i am proud of that - it will come in time, soooo i didn't re start week 5, i just did my own mix up of running etc, burnt 532 cal, so i did something! Anyways, gonna jump on the treddy now for a quick stroll.... will update tonight!
