Scales are moving.. yay

Music is a massive passion of mine - country/modern/hip-hop you name it, i own at least some of it.. my music collection is so huge, i think i have a little of everything - even classical! I'm really lucky because Jimmy and I share this same love , and a lot of the same songs... U huh, so anyways, there is a song for everything and often i recall moments, through songs.. ya know? Bit of a country week for sure - Gotta love a good country song. Today has been good, sticking to food relativly well, had some snacks last night a little later than i should, but ehh.. im doing ok - lots of water, today i havent done a work out, decided to have a rest day, but still took the kids for a walk to the park/and all around it, was about 2-3klms there and back, so still got moving

- I am making lemon pepper chicken breast and dry roast veg for dinner.. LOVE the lemon pepper chicken thing, i have it often with salad etc, but feelin like some vegies this eve. Anyways.. till next time..
