Thank you Lisa and Kiwi for your comments, wow comments on my blog, made me so happy =) Its kinda tough when ya alone - I live in a small town, where i have just one good friend, who is married so don't see nearly as much as i would like to, my parents live a couple hours away, even my sexy new man lives hours away, so i very much do this alone - Have the support of you ladies really lifts me up - I cant explain in words, how you just made my heart feel. Thank you.
I am so glad i bought my little book to write in, i decided to write down a few of the things i want to achieve when i get to goal, feeling still kinda off and downish i wasn't going to workout today, had no heart nor desire too, then i started writing and realised... I wont get any of the things i want if i don't do the work i need to do!! So i did 3kl ms on the treadmill, i ran for about 1.5 of that, intervals, then 20 push ups, 20 sit ups, and some light weights!! YAY.
I am a serial weigher, i weigh daily, sometimes up to 3 times, and some may think this is crazyness or obsessive - but its how i stay in control - it works for me, anyways - this morning i was down to 105.2 after my gain on the Easter week, i have worked out daily since being back and drinking loads of water, maybe the weight i put on, was a lot of water retention, I'm hoping to make up for it and get right back on track ASAP. i was 104.2 last Friday so i really believe if i put the effort in i can get that this Friday...... fingers crossed for me.. Maybe i set my goals to high, but.... i need to. Till next time...
