I had this big old rant and rave in here was a bloody essay - after reading it and thinking about it, i decided to delete it.. was just being a sook.
So beside that - My day was really good, i was so happy and pleased with my loss this week, exactly the kind of result i had aimed for, well i wanted 1.2 so the other 500grams was a total bonus - I'm aware that as i get smaller i wont be able to get such good numbers - so I'm happy to take them while i can get them =)
Feeling all happy and confident this morning i decided to try a pair of jeans on i bought maybe 6 months ago and couldn't even get them on - no amount of lying on the bed and suckin up was gonna get these bad babies over those hips! But today they slid on up and did up easily and i must say - looked damn good! So i wore them with a nice black top and even i noticed i am looking a little slimmer - ALL GOOD!
Went into town to spend my birthday cash from my mum and dad, i asked for money cause there was a few things i had to get that only i could get for myself.. so i went and bought some sports bra's - i actually thought i was pregnant there at one stage my boobs were so sore etc, well - running in unsupportive bra's will do that! Got them - when i tried them on i look like i got no boobs! Sucked them babies right in - very supportive.. haha, and i got some new runners cause mine were very old and i bought a couple DVD's, love my DVD collection and a new top, off the rack and not from the plus size section - its a purple and black top, gorgeous colors and perfect cut for me and fits like a dream! I was totally stoked, looked very nice with the Jeans i had on! YAY, totally happy about all of that! As i had today off i kinda lazed about after shopping, munched on a little chocolate and then proceeded to have maccas for dinner - yes I'm a dork but i only had a chicken burger no fries or coke so at least i am getting better - 445 calories for the burger alone though. ouch.
I have a week to burn it off and I'm feeling confident!
