Yay - Well Done Jo on your fantastic loss =) So proud of you!

I got up this morning and i was feeling a little - blah. So did a quick morning workout, i don't do that very often - stats

* 30 Min's
* 409 Calories
* MAX HR - 172 = 98%
* AVG HR - 145 =83%

Did it make me feel less Blah? Nope. Lol... but anyways, its done, work again today, I'm working all week so that's good, i feel so much more tired though, i don't have enough hours in my day! I'm starting to notice little changes in my body -

* I have knees - i was shaving my legs last night - and realised my knees are all knobbly - strange.

* I'm starting to see a shape, a figure, i have a waist !

* When I'm on the scale i can look down and see without having to bend slightly - My belly is smaller.

* I'm not sure what ya call it, but just under ya boobs there, i have always had like a little fat patch, rolls if you like and well, its gone!

* My upper arms have muscles!

So anyway - Just a few things i noticed. Didn't blog last night, but i did my workout as always - stats from last night -

* 37 Min's
* 528 Calories
* MAX HR- 159 = 91%
* AVG HR- 147 =87%

Anyways time to get ready for work. Till Next Time...
