Another good loss - Thank god! 1.4kg now gone forever. woo hoo.
I have been so so so busy this week, i haven't had any ME time to even fart in peace! My daughter is 7 today - Last night i was up till all hours doing the cake and wrapping presents and blowing balloons and all that other razzle dazzle you do! She has a party this afternoon, and I am working today so have to organise most of it this morning, pick her up and then its literally time for the party.. argh why do i do this to myself!! I have been pretty stressed with some other stuff as well, which is not good!
I did manage to do week 4 workout 1 of the c25k yesterday morning and it wrecked me! I did it but i didn't do it " easily" sheesh - anyways, more about that if i get time to blog this evening!

Wow, her and my big girl both 2001 girls..snap! Hope she had a lovely birthday, and supermum sounds like you did a fab job!
