<<< I love that book - love it love it love it!
With my little weight loss mission i have always found when I'm working i can handle the food side of things so much better, i don't have time to snack or pick or make bad choices, i stick to my meals and would say I'm 97% good! BUT i never seem to be able to workout as much or as often or as long... I was so totally beat this afternoon - i got on the treadmill and did my intervals... stats...

* 502 Calories Burned
* Max HR - 174 =99%
* Avg HR - 143 = 82%
And i was so stuffed! Sometimes i can do that and more with ease, other times i just cant muster another minute of running no matter how bad i want it. I wrote to Daniel again last night for some advice on how much and how often i should be working out etc, and i tell ya, that man is just wonderful - He writes me back and clearly explains stuff and really helps me and its like its no trouble at all - Its so nice to know there are still people like that in the world...
Anyways - He suggested i do 4 " tough" sessions ( my intervals) and brisk walking the other days - and take time to include a rest day - and i will be laughing - He gave me lots of other advice and tips and i could just wrap him up and hug him! Feels great to have this advice from someone who knows. Anyways -- Jimmy just rang..
