Just putting in my stats. Nothing exciting happened today - Spent the whole day packing and sorting moving things to the shed for the garage sale, worked my little butt off at home! No workout as i am having today off - Food has been good, lots of water, i had my usual marshmallows last night but have managed to refrain from any other junk so far - I have nothing in the house which helps, if it was here, i would eat it - I don't think i will ever have the self control i long for....I know its crap and doesn't help me, yet i know if i had a block of chocolate here i would eat the lot... So much more to learn. Tomorrow is workout 2 of week 3 c25k - Lookin forward to it! Going to snuggle up and rest my weary body now - Lovies!!
